We met Steve through an ad he mailed earlier in the year to people that own slips at Quayside . When we decided to sell a few months later I thought he would be a good choice as he also owns a slip there. Boy, am I glad I did! He seamlessly guided us through the whole process and we ended up selling for much more than I had anticipated and in 4 days! He obviously is a seasoned professional. When talking with him he was always confident, knowledgeable and always returned my calls and texts immediately. The closing went perfectly with no problems. Steve is certainly an asset to your company!

Property in New Hampshire is difficult to sell lately because of the depressed market, but your extra efforts to get buyers certainly paid off. Dear Steve, Here it is July and I haven't yet written to tell you of my appreciation of your services that led to the sale of our property on Lake Winnipesaukee. This was a big, beautiful parcel with 800 fee of water frontage and 31 contiguous acres to that waterfront. In all, a gorgeous hunk of natural sand beach, 40' rock cribbed dock with breakwater and views of Governors Island. While this is a perfect lot for continuation as a family compound, or divided into high end residential development, it meant that the sales price would be at the top of the market. Your expertise, along with that of your associates, recommended a price that we agreed upon, and your team was able to bring it to closure within approximately four months. Not bad for a still iffy market (after five years), and a discouraging selling season (winter/early spring). I was impressed with your industry and professionalism. I also detected a fair amount of entrepreneur-ism as to the highest and best use, as well as creative approaches to various hurdles we all had to surmount. But prevail we did! Your dogged attention to detail, availability around the clock, fastidious attention to due diligence, damage control and of course Murphy's Law was impressive. I especially liked your competitive nature when your team won the award for marketing the property and your determination to show other brokers that the price was real and attainable. Your took responsibility! I also have to say that your winning interview to be the agent of your choice (against formidable colleagues) was after your well prepared knowledge of the lake and its values; but also your considerable charm. Continued success!

Last year, my wife was able to sell our waterfront property at 3 Shorewood Lane at a very favorable price through the efforts made by Steve and his associates. On a trip that my family took last summer, we were very surprised to find, on the first morning after our arrival, a facsimile transmission which contained an offer, which later led to the sale of the piece of property.
